The process for non-Florida residents takes about 15 minutes and you can receive your
license the same day.
You will need to provide photo identification. Valid passport or driver license will be accepted.
The Bride and the Groom must each be 18 years of age of older or 16 with parental consent.
There is no blood test or waiting period for non-Florida residents. Florida residents require a 3-day waiting period after
obtaining the Marriage License.
If you are divorced or widowed, you will be required to present a certificate of divorce or death.
Cost
for license is $93.50 - cash,
credit card or personal check.
